NordFinance (formerly Valmaring OÜ) is a family-owned company offering 100% paperless and online accounting services for small and medium-sized businesses. Our roots date back to 1995, when Katrin Esinurm, the founder of the company, started providing services on the side of her main job. Nordfinance Accounting OÜ was established in 2013 and today the management and experience has been passed on to a younger generation, who aim to provide high quality and client-focused accounting services.

We offer 100% paperless accounting. All original documents are stored digitally with the accounting records and the documents are archived digitally. The original documents arrive digitally in the cloud directly into the accounting software.
All accounting work is online and the business has 24/7 access to accounting data and reports. Sales invoices can be conveniently created and sent to the customer directly in the accounting software. All customers also have the capability to issue and receive e-invoices. It is also possible to connect your own e-shop or other solution in use to the accounting software. This allows us to offer a competitively priced service to both micro and larger companies.
It is always possible to communicate directly with your accountant, who knows the ins and outs of your business. We are happy to communicate via Messenger and Slack in addition to the usual channels.
Our aim is not just to manage documents and report, but to think with the client. We check the existence of documents in good time, send reminders, anticipate problems and advise the client when they arise.
How do we work?
We use SmartAccounts accounting software and Merit Payroll for payroll accounting. We also have experience with the following accounting programs: Directo, HansaRaama/Excellent, Merit, Erply.
Our experience
We have outsourced (1) the bookkeeping of one of Estonia's most successful start-ups, for example, recording thousands of transactions in bank accounts in one month and preparing tax returns for the Latvian and Lithuanian departments, (2) the day-to-day bookkeeping of a Scandinavian construction company, and (3) the day-to-day bookkeeping and monthly financial analysis of a growing IT company.
